A 19th century tortoiseshell, gold and mother-of-pearl inlaid snuffbox of rectangular form, the lid decorated with Pointer dog, with cast-gold thumbpiece, 7.5cm x 4cm
The top of the box is in good condition with slight rubbing, the hinge section is good and box closes well. There are chips to the base on the back corner and the bottom, also a chip to one side
