An Art Deco pearl and diamond plaque brooch, circa 1930, of shaped marquise openwork form, centrally set with 5mm whole pearl and further grain set with old and rose-cut diamonds, total diamond content approx 1ct, unmarked mount tests as platinum, 56.8mm, 10.7g
No damage or repair, all stones present, pearl is an uneven shape with a pinkish green overtone and good lustre, along with 2 minor surface blemishes near the base, diamonds are quite bright and lively, hardly any wear to settings, fitting working, unmarked but tests as platinum
