A Belle Epoque Sapphire and Diamond Negligee Pendant Necklace,
circa 1910, comprising a round hoop link millegrain set with old cut diamonds, suspending two line drops set with old cut diamonds and round cut sapphires, the sapphires totalling approximately 2.00 carats, unmarked mount and trace link chain test as platinum, pendant 43.6mm, chain 36cm, 7.2g, in fitted leather case
The sapphires are a well-matched and even deep vivid blue with a few tiny internal crystal inclusions only visible through a loupe. The diamonds are bright and lively. The mount has one small solder repair at the top loop of the largest drop, which is hardly visible from the front. Overall in very good condition.
