No damage, all stones present, opal has a very good play of colour with mostly greens and blues, sapphire has a tiny table facet edge nibble, both flanking stones have rubbed and abraded facet edges, settings slightly worn mainly on back of shank where there is 1 well concealed join mark, unmarked
