Tibetan Horn Trumpet: Dbang Dung
A Monastic ceremonial instrument used in Buddhist rituals. Known as a 'Dbang Dung' the trumpet curves and slightly tapers along the overall length. An ornate mouth-piece is mounted at the upper extreme. A dragon head forms the opening. The surface finished with applied embellishments, and tooled and chiseled detail.
Made from brass and copper
