Good overall condition, central stone has been replaced with glass and has several facet edge abrasions, outer stones are sapphires also with facet edge abrasions, diamonds are bright and white, settings lightly abraded all over and inside of shank is slightly rubbed, marks rubbed, engraved 18ct
