PATEK PHILIPPE - A Fine and Rare 18ct yellow gold Calatrava 'Freccero' mechanical wristwatch, ref. 2545?, circa 1940/1950s, pink dial with quarterly Arabic numerals and triangular indexes, pink dauphine hands and subsidiary seconds dial, signed "Patek Philippe Geneve", with retailer signature "Freccero" and an uncommon "ACUATIC" inscription displayed at 6 o'clock, highlighting its water-resistant case, movement signed Patek Philippe & Co, Geneve, movement no. 828'266, case no. 87770, case width 32mm, working order, with Patek Philippe service receipt dated 2003. Notes: Freccero & Cia was a prestigious retailer of Patek Philippe watches from Montevideo in Uruguay. The 'Acuatic' inscription refers to the water-resistance, which was a rarity in the 1940s.

Notes - no box, only with service detailing and receipt from Watches of Switzerland, dated 2003.
