BREITLING - a rare stainless steel Navitimer Cosmonaute mechanical chronograph wristwatch, ref. 809, circa 1960s, black 24-hour dial with luminous Arabic numerals, 3 subsidiary dials, sweep seconds hand and slide rule bezel, 17 jewel movement with calibre 178, case no. 1023771, case width 40mm, on Breitling strap, working order, later box with no papers
Very good original working order, lumed numerals are slightly fading dial behind is faded as well, there are a few extremely minor discolouration spots which are mostly seen on the bezel under a loupe, crystal is virtually perfect with just a few extremely minor abrasions, case is nicely polished with a very minor scratches, strap is new along with box, all chronograph functions are working and hands adjust smoothly, a lovely condition watch.
