BREGUET - a fine and rare half hunter key-wind repeater pocket watch, engine turned dial with Roman numeral hour markers, blued steel hands with subsidiary seconds dial, and unmarked gold case set with diamonds and rubies, and quarter repeat movement, case no. 48455, case width 54mm, working order, 110.8g gross
Movement - currently working.
Dial - mostly clean with 1 small spot of wear between centre pillar and 12, and 1 tiny edge chip and split between 4 and 5.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - very slightly rusted.
Case - general abrasions all over and a few minor dents, 1 ruby has been re-glued, diamonds generally bright with no obvious losses, caseback seems to have been replaced with a couple of small splits stemming from the hinge.
Crown - repeater function working but needs adjusting as chimes for 9 when set to 12, quarter repeating working perfectly.
Notes - case apparently unmarked.
