No major damage or repair, all stones present, 1 diamond flowerhead in centre cluster is slightly bent upwards but still secure, sapphire is a vivid medium blue with straight colour zoning and rutile inclusions, table edge has 1 small chips and facet edges are lightly abraded, sapphire dimensions 8.10mm x 6.20mm x 5.85mm, diamonds very bright, some with a yellow tint and quite fiery, a few have small surface chips which are only visible through a loupe, settings lightly abraded, clasp working and safety chain present, unmarked
