Very good original condition, no obvious damage or restoration, opals are quite surface abraded and dull with just a small blue/green play of colour, diamond has clean facet faces and sharp facet edges with no chips or cracks, settings are quite rubbed and lightly surface scratched, marks clear, stamped 18
