Suffragette ephemera to include: The Fifth Annual Report of the New Constitutional Society for Women's Suffrage (1914), 26 pp with a substantial List of Subscribers, a good copy; The National Women's Social and Political Union Sixth Annual Report 1911/12, 53 pp, half of which is taken up with a List of Subscribers, a good copy; a two page autograph letter from Frances Ivor (1860-1937); a one page autograph letter from Frederick William Pethick-Lawrence [1871-1961], husband and supporter of the suffragette, Emmeline Pethick-Lawrence [1867-1954]; a copy of the auction catalogue of the
contents of 'The Mascot', Holmwood, Surrey, sold off after his wife was prosecuted for 'criminal damage' and he refused to pay the fine on principal. Most of the lots were bought back by their supporters, including a Royal Court Theatre programme for 'Votes for Women', a dramatic tract by Elizabeth Robins, the cover of a satirical song 'What the Ladies are Coming To', and some news clippings
