A 19th century Chinese unmarked silver and enamel fan, with hand painted paper screen, length 28cm
1 of the blades is broken at the point where it attaches to the paper screen, 1 end panel has an old solder repair and the paper screen has several splits and abrasions but generally bright. Enamel chips in several blades. 1 tape repair and some separation of paper in creases, several small breaks in filigree, 1 other solder repair on blade, missing sections of silver wirework on edge blade, 1 blade broken and detached from screen. There is no box for the fan, weight is 228g, length of blades 28.5cm, top of blade 27mm
