No damage, all stones present, opal has a very good play of colour with mostly reds, oranges and blues, diamonds relatively bright and white with a few tiny internal fractures only visible through a loupe, settings very light abraded with 1 well concealed join mark on back of shank, mark clear, stamped 18ct
