An Antique unmarked gold cabochon garnet and diamond cluster ring, set with round cabochon foil-back garnet surrounded by old-cut diamonds, setting height 15.7mm, size M, 4.9g
No obvious damage, garnet has light surface abrasions and some elongated inclusions, diamonds generally bright but slightly yellow with a few small surface chips only visible through a loupe, settings abraded all over and slightly worn on back of shank, unmarked
