An early 19th century silver pair-cased open-face key-wind verge pocket watch, by Martin of London, no. 5583, white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, with foliate engraved and pierced balance cock with cylindrical pillars, case by William Waterhouse, Birmingham 1839, outer case width 57mm, working order
Movement – currently working but appears to be quite low amplitude
Dial - a few very minor edge chips and 2 faint hairline cracks from centre column
Glass - general wear and abrasions
Hands - good
Case - general wear commensurate with age, along with 1 dent on outer caseback, hinge and catch working
