A pair of Antique French 18ct gold diamond Dormeuse earrings, indistinct maker, crown style claw set with round transitional-cut diamonds, each principal diamond weighing approx 1.00ct, diamond weight calculated from measurements: 6.46 x 3.98mm, and 6.52 x 3.65mm, colour approx G-H, clarity approx SI1-SI2, both numbered 6422, 15.9mm, 4.4g. Provenance: previously belonging to Miss Blanche Augustine Lelasseur, married to Philip Lelasseur, owner of Jakson & Co Essential Oils near Mitcham

No damage or repair, all stones present, diamonds very bright and lively with only a few very minor internal feather inclusions only visible through a loupe and several tiny girdle nicks, fittings working, French marks slightly worn
