Very good original condition, sapphire has clean facet faces and sharp facet edges with just a few very minimal facet edge and girdle abrasions, some finger print/possibly healed fracture internal inclusions and a very interesting colour zoning, diamonds bright and white with clean facet faces and sharp facet edges, settings are quite surface scratched and stamped plat.
