A 19th century apprentice-piece table-top writing cabinet, the hinged doors with brass grills opening to reveal fitted interior, including folding writing slope, pen tray and stamp holder, H31cm, W29cm, D20cm

No obvious damage, only general surface wear. Doors have become slightly bowed - convex. a strip of veneer to the rear had rippled. The folding leathered writing slops has tightened to one side and does not quite sit flush in its receptacle.
