A large late 20th century 18ct gold cabochon opal and diamond cluster ring, set with oval cabochon opal and eight-cut diamonds, total diamond content approx 0.6ct, setting height 18.9mm, size R, 6.6g
Excellent overall condition, opal has a very bright play of colour exhibiting greens blues oranges and some reds, diamonds are bright and white with no obvious internal inclusions, settings very lightly abraded, marks clear, stamped 18ct. The opal size is 14mm x 10mm.
