A 20th century German silver singing bird automaton music box, serpentine form with relief embossed putti and foliate decoration, not currently working, W10.5cm, H5.5cm, D8cm
Movement appears to be over-wound and is in need of some attention, pull-out stem causes bird to appear but nothing further happens and bird does not return into case without manual adjustment, case has general wear to high points, bun feet have a few dents on bases, marks extremely rubbed, engraved 925
