JOSEF HOFFMANN - an Austrian brass-cased table clock, designed before 1928 and executed by the Wiener Werkstatte, referenced in "Wiener Werkstatte 1903 - 1932 The Luxury of Beauty page 177", circular brass case on stepped base with white enamel dial and hand painted black Arabic numerals with brass hands, inside case back stamped J H and three line Wiener Werkstatte logo type, case height 25cm, working order
Good overall working order, case is lacking main glass, dial has a few small chips around old keyhole and near 6 and 12, brass slightly worn all over.
The movement is not original to the clock, it is made in England, bakelite case circa 1930s'.
