A large 19th century Continental carved wood and gesso study of a cherub holding a love apple, seated on a plinth base, height 102cm

Good general overall condition, the right arm appears to have been detached at some stage and put back with a crack running through near the shoulder, also missing his little finger on his right hand, visible surface chips and loss to the figure and base, with some natural flaws and cracks running through it as well
