A 19th century flintlock brass-barrelled blunderbuss, with mahogany stock, impressed marks to the barrel, barrel length 38cm, overall length 77cm
Barrel is in good condition, action has surface tarnish and light rust, stock generally scratched and stained, small amount of historic woodworm. The mechanism is sound, springs are good and the trigger mechanism hold position. We state the blunderbuss is 19th century, all parts look original, ramrod seems short and may have been broken, trigger plate is a little proud of stock, trigger is operational in both full and half cock positions, action is crisp if a little stiff
