A George V Infantry Officer's sword, with engraved blade and Royal cipher, maker's marks for Henry Wilkinson London, with shagreen handle and openwork hilt, complete with metal scabbard, blade length 84cm, sword length 99cm, overall length 101cm

Sword is in good original condition, some surface wear scratches to the blade, tips slightly bent over, some rust spots, some minor loss of the shagreen handle, hilt again quite rusty and signs of wear, the badge is split on the hilt, scabbard again just worn, some rust spots and dents.
Serial numbers read: 2423, significantly rubbed.
