Very good overall condition, all stones present, sapphire has mostly clean facet faces and sharp facet edges with one tiny chip near the girdle, diamonds are bright and white, settings are very highly polished and has been converted from a brooch, chain in good condition with no broken links and clasp working perfectly, all unmarked
