A rare French gold plated Mensor Double-Dial patent Tachymeter/Chronograph Speed Indicator open-face top-wind pocket watch, white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, 2 subsidiary dials and chronograph function, reverse dial for speed calculation, case width 52mm, working order (1 glass and hand missing)
Fair original working order, main time dial only has 1 small hairline crack running through centre and some small nibbled edges of glass, reverse dial has a larger star crack, discolouration and bent hand, also missing glass, case is surface scratched and dented with plating rubbing through on high points.
