Very good original condition, all stones present with no chips or cracks, diamonds have clean facet faces and sharp facet edges with a few tiny black spot inclusions visible through a loupe, rubies have clean facet faces and slightly abraded facet edges, a few minor internal fractures visible through a loupe, settings are surface scratched all over and stamped 18ct and plat.
