circa 1880, the central oval onyx panel having applied gold split pearl monogram JS, all within a fine multi-layered ropetwist wirework surround with black enamel Greek key border and vacant memorial backing, unmarked mount tests as 15ct yellow gold, 48.9mm, 28g gross

The pearls are all present and only a few have been lightly re-glued. The onyx has no chips or cracks. The enamel has a few tiny chips in both top corners, but generally all still perfect. The mount is extremely clean. Overall in very good condition.
