No damage or repair, all stones present, 2 of the pearls have lost a few layers of nacre, rubies are a deep vivid pinkish red with only very minor facet edge abrasions and 1 has a tiny crown chip, settings lightly abraded and engraving slightly worn on back of shank, unmarked
