Philip Wilson Steer (1860 - 1942), watercolour, estuary scene, 16cm x 24cm, framed
Fox marks and slight fading. This has come from a local private vendor, it has been recently re-framed and mounted with a new backboard and the vendor informs me that the old backboard had an original inscription by P W Steer which has now been lost. Painting is slightly faded with light foxing
