Attributed Thomas Sidney Cooper (1803 - 1902), flock of sheep on hilltop, oil on canvas, signed, 40cm x 50cm, framed
Good original condition, a few small paint flakes on the very top edge next to the frame, Christie's stencil mark on stretcher, no patches or repairs or signs of over-painting, frame has a few minor gesso chips. This is attributed by the vendor who has known the picture their whole life and is now in their eighties. We have no reason to doubt the attribution but cannot guarantee that this is by the artist
