A rare and monumental Minton Parian sculpture, Lady Of The Lake by Felix Martin Miller circa 1865, a representation of Walter Scott's ballad The Lady Of The Lake, pattern no. 442, this is 1 of only 5 figures thought to have been produced due to the size of the piece, impressed marks, original ebonised wood plinth, overall height 112cm (44")
Chip on front right-hand edge of the plinth, repaired chip at the back of the plinth base, short section of chain missing from the front and the swan head bow of the boat has been broken and re-glued, otherwise appears to be in good original condition.
