An Islamic brass lamp standard, probably late 19th century, allover inlaid silver and copper decoration on engraved ground, with pierced panels and original pierced and inlaid brass shade, overall height 152cm, base diameter 37cm
Generally good original condition, the very top of the shade has one of the small tips broken off and missing, no other sign of damage or repairs, the glass tasselled fringe is probably a later addition although there are holes all around the edge where a fringe has probably been attached
