Very good overall condition, diamond has mostly clean facet faces and sharp facet edges with a few surface reaching fractures and a small chip on the culet, diamond is very heavily internally included with numerous fractures giving an overall cloudy appearance but no major external chips or losses to the stone, settings lightly abraded all over and quite worn thin on back of shank, hallmarks are slightly rubbed, stamped 750
