An Antique 18ct gold five stone sapphire and diamond half hoop ring, set with oval-cut sapphires and old European-cut diamonds with rose-cut diamond accents, total diamond content approx 0.5ct, principal sapphire measures approx: 6.00 x 5.54 x 3.12mm, setting height 7mm, size M, 4.2g
All stones present, principal sapphire appears to have been replaced with colour concentrations mostly around facet edges when viewing through table, and several internal wispy veil inclusions, both claws for principal sapphire have been renewed, flanking sapphires have minor facet edge abrasions around table, diamonds are very bright and lively with no obvious internal inclusions visible through a loupe, 1 rose-cut diamond has been replaced with an inverted modern round brilliant-cut diamond and 1 other has been heavily chipped, light wear to settings and 1 join mark on back of shank, marked 18ct
