A large 18th century hardwood Zanzibar chest, with bronze carrying handles, applied pierced and engraved brass panels and studs, with 3 short drawers under raised on separate ring turned painted wood feet, length 128cm
There are areas of metal mounts come loose and some small chippings of wood moulding showing historic wear, generally the item is in good solid condition with no cracks, just shows sign of wear commensurate with age
