An Antique Victorian 18ct gold graduated five stone diamond half hoop ring, set with old European-cut diamonds with rose-cut diamond accents, total diamond content approx 1.8ct, principal diamond approx 0.6ct, colour approx G-I, clarity approx SI1-SI3, unmarked mount tests as 18ct, setting height 6mm, size M, 2.7g
No damage, all stones present, diamonds are very bright and lively with hardly any internal inclusions visible through a loupe, only very minor crystal inclusions, a few small nicks around girdles, 5 accent stones missing, high points of mount quite worn particularly on both sides of bridge and back of shank, shank has several faint join marks, unmarked but tests as 18ct
