Bru JN(e) circa 1868, an 18" size 6 doll with bisque socket head and lower arms, kid body, pierced ears, decorated with 8 x 18th century Spanish Maravedis coins
Good condition, no cracks or chips to her head, signs of light wear, some damage and staining to her clothes, impressed to the back of the neck BRU JN(E) 6
her eyes appear to be original , all her fingers and thumbs are intact and have not been broken, shoes are unmarked, just the number 10 impressed to the toe end. Cork headplate if present is difficult to see.
All seems original, this was entered into the sale by very regular vendor of ours, who, is a house clearance specialist and this was found on one of his jobs
