A collection of eight antique softwood microscope slide collectors boxes containing an extensive collection of slides relating to Geological studies, curated by local botanist and entomologist George West, the majority of slides appear to have been collected and prepared by Mr West himself and contain various minerals and other specimens from many Worldwide destinations, including from the Red Sea, South America and the UK, various granite, sandstone and other samples, a total of 205 slides.
